Challenge: The goal was to evolve a GenAI experience into something more intentional, intuitive, and user-centered—from first interaction through completion. I led a redesign that made the experience feel more focused, helpful, and connected to users’ specific goals.
We tested the existing experience to uncover key opportunities, then used a combination of research, UX principles, and persona insights to create a smarter, more empathetic interaction flow. The updated UI offered a more inviting tone, while a new loading animation set the stage by highlighting key product value in the context of user mindsets.
